ARTICLE 1 • DELIVERY

  • Which countries are eligible for delivery?

To ship internationally, we partner with Global-e. Global-e is a trusted global ecommerce vendor whose solution allows Le Tanneurto provide the best possible user experience to our international customers. Please select the country switcher dropdown to see which countries we ship to and select accordingly. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.

    • What are the delivery methods?

    We currently deliver to over 200 countries.

    For Metropolitan France, we offer delivery to:

      • Home delivery in 48H,
      • Home delivery in 24H,
      • Delivery to a pickup point in 48H,


    The package is shipped on the same day for any order placed before 2:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

    We deliver worldwide via DHL.

    We offer delivery to your chosen address within twenty (20) working days for delivery outside France from the date of validation of your order.

    We will send you an email or SMS notification, as well as the link to the carrier tracking link as soon as your package is deposited in logistics. You will be able to track the progress of your order via the link sent in the order confirmation email.

    Outside mainland France, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon receipt of your order in certain cases. This information will be displayed during the checkout process.

    • What should I do if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

    If your carrier is Colissimo, the package will be delivered directly to your home against signature. If you are not at home at that time, a notice of passage will be left in your mailbox. This notice indicates the time and day of passage as well as the post office where you can collect the package. You will then need to go to the indicated post office with the notice left by the postman and an ID to collect it. You then have 45 days to collect it, beyond which the package will be returned to us.

    • What is the deadline for collecting a package from a pickup point?

    Depending on the selected pickup point, the collection times may vary:

      • If the pickup point is a post office, you can collect your product within fourteen (14) days,
      • If the pickup point is a store, you can collect your product within ten (10) days,
      • If the pickup point is a pickup relay, you can collect your product within five (5) days.


    Beyond these deadlines, the package will be returned to us.

    • What should I do if I do not receive my order?

    If you still have not received your package after the announced deadlines and no notice of passage has been left, please check the status of your package by following the link you received by email.     • What should I do if my product is damaged or if I did not receive the ordered product?

    ARTICLE 2 • RETURN AND REFUND

    • I want to return my order

    You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your package to return an item. Returns are accepted by postal mail only. The items must be returned unused, in new condition, and with the LE TANNEUR label intact.

    To return your order, please follow these steps:
    a. Visit the Le Tanneur page or log in to your customer account and click on "Make a return" after selecting the relevant product in the "My Order" tab.
    b. On the return platform, enter the required information, choose your reason for return, and print your return slip and label.
    c. Drop it off at your nearest post office.

      Important: Returns will not be accepted without the return form in the package and without a prior return request submitted via our website.

      • How much does it cost me to return a product?

      If your product does not satisfy you:

        • We offer free returns in Metropolitan France using the prepaid return label included in the package,
        • International returns are subject to a fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The cost varies depending on the country. To find out the exact amount, please enter your order number and email address on our return portal: Le Tanneur . The return fee will be applied at the end of the return process.

      If your order is non-compliant (wrong item received, defective item), please go to the return portal and select the appropriate return reason or please contact customer service by email at the following address: customer-care@letanneuretcie.com


      • What is the refund period?

      Your refund will be made within 15 days after receipt of your package by our logistics, directly to the payment method used to validate your order.
